Cancellation Policy

There is a cancellation fee of UP to 25%, if you cancel LESS than 24 hours of an appointment. NO-SHOW: Automatically forfeits your deposit. LATENESS: No Fee 10 Minutes. 15 minutes late, your service may be provided within the scheduled time frame if time permits, otherwise, we will reschedule accordingly forfeiting your current deposit, requiring another deposit to reschedule. 20 Minutes late your appointment WILL be CANCELLED, deposit forfeited, and we reserve the right to apply fees to reschedule. **We reserve the right to change these fees at our discretion with or without notice**

My passion for beauty was always within me. After 20 plus years of working in the corporate world, I took a leap of faith and embarked on a journey into the beauty industry. I started with eyelash extensions in 2019, which sparked my curiosity and desire to learn more about skin. This fascination led me to attend Brittany Beauty Academy, where I became a New York State licensed esthetician, enabling me to explore my passion in depth and help others enhance their natural beauty. After working from home, mobile and in med spas, in 2020, toward the end of the pandemic, I took a bold step and rented my own studio. In 2021, I decided to pursue another passion, brows, and obtained my tattoo license and completed my permanent makeup brow trainings and certifications which allowed me to create beautiful brows for my clients. By 2022, I got an opportunity and expanded the studio to encompass the entire storefront and proudly opened the doors to Minx Beauty by Josie. I am passionate about my work and I’m dedicated to providing exceptional service to every client. I look forward to helping you achieve your beauty goals and sharing this journey with you!
