Cancellation Policy
There is a 25% cancellation fee LESS than 24 hours of an appointment.
A 35% fee For NO-SHOWs and automatically forfeits your deposit.
LATENESS: No Fee 10 Minutes.
15 minutes late, your service may be provided within the scheduled time frame, otherwise, we will reschedule accordingly forfeiting your current deposit, requiring another deposit to book.
20 Minutes late your appointment WILL be CANCELLED, and fees will apply.
